1、需SMTP登陆验证的电子邮件配置，在configuration.yml增加

2、如果你想使用TLS-requiring SMTP servers，必须设置TLS-related settings

3、不需要登陆验证的设置

测试是否配置成功：

打开Redmine >管理员登陆 > 管理 > 配置 > 邮件通知 >页面底部:发送测试邮件。将会发送邮件到你目前登陆的用户邮箱中。
