Hi, I'd like do understand better how much memory influence on the benchmark scores.
The situation is the following:
1. If Geekbench 6 minimum requirement is 4GB, the benchmark is going to achieve the exact same score in laptops with the exact same processor but with 4GB and 8GB - considering that both match the requirements? Or to a more extreme comparison, 4GB and 32GB for example, the score is going to be close?
2. On the other side, if Geekbench 7 requires 8GB, what is the expected downgrade on the score in a laptop with 4GB compared to a exact same version with 8GB?
* The conclusion I'm looking for is What is the best way to compare two exact same platforms - one with 4GB and the other with 8GB? A benchmark with greater requirements (simulating in a way more simultaneous workloads) or with the minimum requirements (simulating normal workloads)?
Thanks!
