.Net(Senior)Software Engineer/Project Leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and

     Deployment

2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines

3. PL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with

    International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.

2. CET4 is a must

3. 2 years of experience in .Net platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must

4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the

    associated processes

5. Good Communication Skills ( English), ability to communicate with international customer

     directly would be a plus

6. Good team player

1. 参与项目的整个生命周期过程包括需求分析，设计，研发，测试以及实施

2. 按照Infosys和CMMI质量管理流程实现交付目标

3. 项目Leader需要根据项目需要与国外客户讨论需求，维持客户对项目的满意度

关键要求

1. 计算机及相关专业本科

2. CET4

3. 至少2年经验在.Net 领域（项目leader至少5年经验）

4. 快速学习的能力，能够迅速理解业务相关的知识

5. 良好的沟通能力（英语）。可以与国外客户进行沟通将是一个很大的优势

6. 良好的团队合作精神
