    Get-MailboxFolderPermission MeetingRoom_1001:\Calendar
  2. Add user permission to this meeting room.
    Add-MailboxFolderPermission MeetingRoom_1001:\Calendar -AccessRights Owner -User BearStudyHard@contoso.com
  3. Check permission list of this meeting room again.

    Get-MailboxFolderPermission MeetingRoom_1001:\Calendar
