A plastic scrap warehouse near Chettipalayam road in Coimbatore was completely destroyed in a fire on Saturday night (April 25, 2026), spreading noxious smoke in the locality.
The Fire and Rescue Services said the fire was reported at a warehouse on Kumaran Street near Zion Nagar off Podanur – Chettipalayam road.
