The Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TG POLYCET) 2026 counselling process is gaining momentum, with 21,639 candidates having completed certificate verification as of May 31, Commissioner (Technical Education) A. Sridevasena informed on Sunday.

According to official data, 31,714 candidates have booked slots for certificate verification, and 11,226 candidates have exercised their web options for seat allotment. The highest number of options entered by a single candidate was 439.

As per schedule, certificate verification will continue till June 1, and candidates can exercise options till June 3. The provisional allotment of seats is scheduled to be announced on or before June 6.

Officials advised candidates and parents to pay the processing fee and book slots immediately. Candidates who complete certificate verification early will have more time to exercise and modify their web options.
