Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) will organise ‘Open Day-2026’ at the Sahukar Channaiah auditorium in Mysuru on May 10, offering PU students and parents an opportunity to explore engineering education and career prospects.

The event, themed “Ready to Engineer Your Future?”, is aimed at helping students understand various engineering courses, career opportunities, and the admission process, said VVCE principal Sadashive Gowda at a press conference here on Thursday.

The programme will feature step-by-step guidance on CET counselling, interactions with faculty members and alumni, and sessions on different engineering branches and the careers associated with them.

Industry experts are also expected to address participants on emerging technologies, industry trends, and future career opportunities in the rapidly evolving technology sector, the organisers said.
