Forest Minister Eshwar Khandre, on Friday, handed over 13 vehicles, including three four-wheelers, to the Elephant Task Force, meant to handle the human-elephant conflict in Hassan district.
The Minister flagged off the vehicles in a ceremony at Aranya Bhavana in Bengaluru. The vehicles include a Scorpio, two campers and 10 two-wheelers, provided by the National Highways Authority of India from its corporate social responsibility fund.
