Hyderabad to host an exclusive four-hands chef’s table wi...

Two chefs, a limited-edition menu and a 12-seater chef’s table come together for a ‘4 Hands’ dining experience at Roast CCX in Banjara Hills.

Spread across lunch and dinner services on June 26 and 27, the experience brings Michelin-pedigreed chefs Olivier Limousin and Joakim Prat to Hyderabad. Joakim, the founder of Maître Choux in London and Roast CCX’s corporate pastry chef, has collaborated with Olivier for the exclusive menu. The event also marks Olivier’s India debut, following his stints at Joël Robuchon’s Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, London and Bangkok.

Born in Vendée, France, Olivier traces his love for cooking to time spent in the kitchen with his grandmother. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has led several Michelin-starred kitchens across Paris, London and Bangkok before expanding into bespoke private dining and hospitality consulting.

Now based in Thailand, Olivier curates exclusive private dining experiences rooted in French craftsmanship, seasonal ingredients and a contemporary approach to luxury dining.

Joakim, who started work at 15 later went on to become the head pastry chef at Can Fabes, Spain’s first three-Michelin-starred restaurant by 25. Over the years, Joakim has been recognised as one of Europe’s most dynamic pastry voices, winning titles such as UK Pastry Open Rising Talent (2013) and UK Best Dessert of the Year (2014). In 2024, he published Signature Éclairs by Joakim Prat.

Together, the two would present a seven-course classical French tasting menu (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) with sommelier-led wine pairings. With only 12 seats per sitting across 8 sittings, just 96 people total will experience it — making it one of Hyderabad’s most exclusive culinary events ever.

The menu will feature ingredients like bluefin tuna, king crab with caviar, French white asparagus artichoke veloute. Poached lobster, lamb striploin. The finale to the dining experience will be with desserts by Joakim.

Priced at ₹18,000 per person (all-inclusive), sittings run at 12pm, 2.30pm, 7pm, and 9.30pm (June 26 and 27).
