Organisations that create opportunities for employees to improve and excel through upskilling or reskilling often reap the benefits in the long run. Such organisations, widely referred to as learning organisations in business parlance, create an ecosystem where employees are incentivised for efforts to learn new skills and apply them at work, speakers at a panel discussion said on Tuesday (May 5, 2026).
The discussion was part of the Future Career Conversations series organised jointly by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) and The Hindu under the title “The Future Reimagined – Discover, Decide, Define Your Career.”
