Preparations are in full swing in all four regions of the Union Territory for the counting of votes for the Puducherry Assembly elections on May 4.
The fate of 294 candidates, including AINRC founder and Chief Minister N. Rangasamy, who were in the fray for the April 9 polls to elect a new Legislative Assembly for Puducherry, will be known as election officials gear up for the counting at the six centres in Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam regions of the U.T.
