The Public Grievances Redressal System (PGRS) and Revenue Clinic programmes will be conducted at the Visakhapatnam District Collectorate on Monday.

The programmes, scheduled from 10 a.m. until noon, will be attended by revenue officials and district-level officers from all departments. Citizens have been advised to submit their applications with complete details pertaining to their grievances, District Collector M. Abhishikt Kishor said.

The Collector also urged residents to utilise the ‘Mee Kosam’ call centre (1100) and the portal Meekosam.ap.gov.in. Officials have been directed to arrive punctually with relevant reports on complaints received and actions taken by their respective departments.
