Karnataka State Women’s Commission chairperson Nagalakshmi Choudhary will visit Kalaburagi district on Thursday (June 4).
According to an official release, Dr. Choudhary will arrive at Kalaburagi by train from Bengaluru at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday and leave for Kalagi by road at 11 a.m. to visit the Community Health Centre (CHC) there at 11.30 a.m.
At 1 p.m., Dr. Choudhary will inaugurate the statues of Bhakta Kanakadasa and freedom fighter Sangolli Rayanna at Vachcha village in Kalagi taluk. She will later participate in a Mahila Spandana Samavesha titled ‘Nimma Dooru Namma Parihara’ (Your Complaint, Our Solution) near the Beeralingeshwara Temple.
After completing her engagements, she will return to Kalaburagi and depart for Bengaluru by train at 7 p.m. on the same day.
