This represents the first increase in promoter shareholding since Sula Vineyards’ listing in December 2022, the company said.

Promoter shareholding in Sula Vineyards has increased to 24.6 per cent following a series of open market purchases by founder and CEO Rajeev Samant, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Samant acquired 60,000 shares of the company in June 2026 through open market transactions.

He has cumulatively purchased around 2.3 lakh shares, taking the promoter group's stake in the company to 24.6 per cent from 24.3 per cent as of December 31, 2025.

This represents the first increase in promoter shareholding since the company's listing in December 2022, the company added.
