Tanla Platforms stock jump 19% as Q4 results boost sentiment
2026-04-27 · via Latest Share Market News, Sensex, Nifty, BSE, NSE Today | The HinduBusinessLine

Shares of Tanla Platforms jumped 19 per cent on Tuesday following the announcement of its March quarter results, reflecting strong investor sentiment driven by steady earnings growth and improved operational performance.

At 1.24 pm, the stock traded at ₹573.65 on the NSE, higher by 18 per cent after hitting an intraday high of ₹577.70 from the previous close of ₹485.80.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹134.32 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, marking a 14.4 per cent y-o-y increase from ₹117.33 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,177.53 crore, up 15 per cent y-o-y compared to ₹1,024.36 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full financial year FY26, profit remained largely flat at ₹509.14 crore as against ₹507.28 crore in the previous year, indicating stable bottom-line performance despite continued investments and expansion efforts.

The board declared a second interim dividend of ₹6 per share. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend has been set as April 30, 2026.

Commenting on the performance, Uday Reddy, Founder Chairman and CEO, Tanla, told the shareholders, FY26 had been an eventful year with strong progress across innovation, customer success and financial metrics.

He noted that the company delivered 9.7 per cent y-o-y revenue growth, supported by the deployment of Wisely AI, organic expansion and new enterprise communication clients. Gross profit growth of 11.8 per cent was aided by higher revenues and margin expansion.

Reddy added that the company continued to invest in talent across artificial intelligence, innovation, go-to-market and customer success teams. He highlighted that free cash flow stood at ₹477 crore, equivalent to 94 per cent of profit after tax, and reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to shareholder returns through dividends.

He also emphasised Tanla’s focus on addressing the growing challenge of digital scams, stating that its platforms are designed to build trust in digital communications. The deployment of Wisely AI with Indosat in Indonesia in August 2025 helped protect 100 million users from over 2 billion spam and scam communications within six months, setting a global benchmark in the space.
