Farm and construction equipment major Escorts Kubota Ltd on Thursday reported a marginal increase in consolidated net profit at ₹320.52 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of ₹318.42 crore in the corresponding period previous fiscal, Escorts Kubota Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter stood at ₹2,968.16 crore as against ₹2,444.88 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
Tractors volumes in the fourth quarter were at 32,257 units, up 21.1 per cent as against 26,633 units in corresponding quarter a year ago, while construction equipment sales were at 1,877 units as against 1,719 units in the year-ago period.
Total expenses in the quarter under review were higher at ₹2,662.19 crore as compared to ₹2,224.46 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said.
Escorts Kubota Ltd said its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹33 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each for FY2025-26, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. The total dividend, including the special dividend, for the financial year would be ₹51 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each.
For FY26, consolidated net profit was at ₹2,394.05 crore as compared to ₹1,264.95 crore in FY25.
Consolidated revenue from operations in FY26 was at ₹11,540.26 crore as compared to ₹10,243.88 crore in FY25, the company said.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, tractor sales were at 1,33,670 units, a growth of 15.7 per cent from 1,15,554 units in FY25, while construction equipment volumes were at 5,794 units as against 6,484 units in FY25, the company said.
