2 Redmond

Redmond is a small town near by Seattle, which is famous known as the Microsoft headquarters  and also the large, luxurious villadom of Bill Gates.

The time here is 16 hours later than Beijing China, so you're in day while I am at night. The first point is to change your sleep habit. The company is not good that make us flight on Sunday from Beijing and arrive in Seattle also on Sunday, so that you can work on Monday immediately!

Foregoing colleagues picked us up and cooked a meal to welcome , it was really great, absolutely, since then, the Chinese food said goodbye to me for nearly a week. Although looking good, it's hard to eat American food, I really don't like the cheese, the smell and the taste, which is too strange to adapt...I was in Homestead hotel provisionally one week, not too bad but eating makes me sick a  lot.

 

Later I moved to Archstone apartment, it's beautiful and feels like home somehow with coworkers together, we have 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, one kitchen and one living room.

The season now is perfect , golden sunshine, blue sky, green grass, white cloud and cleaning air. When Oct. coming, it is raining all the day and sometime snows. Accidentally, I found the same view in different season:)

The best thing is the gymnasium and of course it is free. There is an inside basketball arena, what's more, very few people, every time if you want, you can play!
