Global chipmaker Nvidia's Indian subsidiary Nvidia Graphics Private has leased 7.6 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru.
According to data from real estate analytics firm Propstack, Nvidia Graphics Private Limited has taken up space at Bagmane Capital’s Memphis South Tower in Mahadevpura under a fresh lease agreement that commenced on April 1, 2026. The deal spans 12 floors and is signed for a 10-year tenure.
The lease is pegged at a monthly rental of ₹113 per square foot, translating to about ₹8.6 crore per month, with a total rental outflow estimated at roughly ₹1,230 crore over the lease period. The agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹34.35 crore and a 15% escalation in rentals every three years.
Raja Seetharaman, co-founder of Propstack, said Nvidia’s move reflects India’s deepening role in the global AI ecosystem. The timing is notable, coming shortly after Nvidia crossed a historic $5 trillion market capitalisation milestone, signalling strong momentum in AI-led growth globally.
