1.在TestPrint.aspx页面中
  document.all('TestPrintForm').action = "http://localhost/DicomPrint_2/print.aspx";
  document.all('TestPrintForm').submit();
  这种方法会把TestPrintForm窗体上所有的控件值传入print.aspx页面，
  并且形式为Request.Params的keys本身的值为控件的Name
2.TestPrint.aspx的Form标记中的不能有runat="server", 因为这样会提示TestPrint.aspx的视图状态无效。
