


















Recently, I felt hurt for my wrist. It even became worse and worse. Me shoulder also didn't feel well.
My colleaguse told me "it was so called "keyboard hand" and "mouse shoulder". They are common occupational dusease amony developers". That really scares me. So I decided to do something to avoid it becone worse.
1, Do more sports.
2. Change my keyboard and mouse.
Today, I just bought a Microsoft keyboard which cost me RMB340. Hopefully, it could let me feel better.
But, one thing is comfirmed. I need some time to get use to it.
