It’s really long time; I would like to write something to review my work experience in the past 4 years. But it’s little difficult to get to start. I know “No first step, No second step”. I need to begin now step by step.
What I’m thinking recently, I need to take more consideration about my career.
What’s the difference between handcraft shop and software factory.
Handcraft shop: all of things are ad hoc.
Software factory: all of things are followed by best practice process.
Ok, it’s done, most of people know this, and why we are always feeling there are a lot of burden from process.  Because we are using the process template or we haven’t tailor-made well for the individual project, then make the work more efficiency. What’s the more important thing we need to do? The final result can be run. The project can be upgraded or enhanced continuously and smoothly. The project member’s value can be reflected by the project process.
I would like to say something a about why most of people don’t have passion in their present job, the big reason they don’t have ownership in the project. Why they don’t have ownership for their job. Because something wrong of communication feedback, courage, respect or others .so they don’t believe the work is the way to realize their value. With society development, the money is not only one matters to pursue, more and more people get to pursue how to improve the spirit world. So the key point is how to make the people change attitude towards to their work and active their spirit to have passion in it. We need to build the environment to let them go. From psychological perspective, environment affects one’s consciousness.
