今天在安装证书服务器的时候，碰到了如上问题.记录下对应方法以备不时之需
打开【IE】->【Tools】->【Internet Options】->【Security】->【Trusted Site】->【Custom Level】
然后启用下面选项就ok了
- Allow Previously Unused Activex controls to run without prompt
- Automatic prompting for activex controls
- Binary and Script behaviors
- Download Signed Activex controls
- Initialize and script Activex controls not marked as safe for scripting (this should prevent the prompt).
- Run Activex Controls and plug-ins
- Script Activex Controls marked safe for scripting
