启动失败的原因我在google上找到了答案:

PVM Group Server Failed To Start
When the SEA model is run using PVM, it may sometimes fail to start
the group server (which is necessary for performing the global summing
routines used in generating model diagnostic lines), if it can not be
found.
gs_getgstid() failed to start group server: no such file
The easiest way to resolve this, is to ensure that a copy of the pvmgs
executable, which can be found in the $PVM_LIB directory is also in
the same directory as the SEA executable, or create a symbolic link to
it.

需要在/pvm3/lib/ 目录下存在pvmgs这么一个管理程序...
