在sqlplus中运行help index命令来显示帮助，但是却提示：SP2-0171错误，说无法访问帮助系统。

解决方法

1.用system用户登录。

2.在sqlplus命令符下运行命令：@?/sqlplus/admin/help/helpus.sq;

执行后再在sqlplus中执行help index，就可以看到帮助内容了。
