This smart rechargeable fan has been a lifesaver this summer (and it's only $60)

SwitchBot Smart Desk Fan

The SwitchBot smart rechargeable fan is 25% off, available this Amazon Prime Day for only $60. The fan works with the SwitchBot app or the included remote control, features 9 speeds, can be operated wirelessly or plugged in, and lasts a full night on battery power.

Whether I use this fan at home or during trips, I've come to rely on its versatility and portability. I love that I can rely on its long-lasting battery to keep my little ones and me comfortable in a tent during hot summer nights, and that I can control its angle and position from the app or the remote to direct it however I want.

This smart fan is so convenient to use and so refreshing that it's become a staple in our home office this summer. It's already scorching hot outside, and while I keep the A/C on inside the house, I try not to waste my paycheck on energy bills by using fans around the house. The SwitchBot rechargeable fan is much more powerful than it seems, and has risen to this task admirably.

Also: This surprisingly powerful clip-on flashlight is my favorite everyday gadget (and it's cheap)

It's easy to lug the SwitchBot Smart Rechargeable Fan along with me, at only 15 inches tall and 13 inches wide. Though I welcome the white noise of a fan during sleep, it is quiet enough for light sleepers, at 22dB.

You can adjust the fan's speed to one of its 100 adjustable speeds and four modes: normal, natural, baby, and sleep. The fan features horizontal and vertical angles of up to 90 degrees, so you can easily adjust both its vertical and horizontal oscillation.

The only drawback I've experienced with this SwitchBot Smart Rechargeable Fan is that it takes between 8-10 hours to recharge, so I recommend leaving it plugged in overnight while you're using it in your sleep, to ensure it's charged and ready to go the next day.

The SwitchBot Smart Rechargeable Fan works within the SwitchBot ecosystem and is also compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings.

How I rated this deal

Since its launch almost a year ago, the SwitchBot Smart Rechargeable Fan has seen some price drops, but none as low as the current deal price of $60. At 25% off, this is the biggest discount we've seen on this smart fan, and it's a bargain, making it a perfect time to buy.

This year, Amazon Prime Day runs from Tuesday, June 23, to Friday, June 26, 2026. The sales event used to take place in the second week of July, but Amazon moved it forward by a few weeks in 2026.
