We bring you this dispatch from the AI slop dungeon known as Facebook: fake, AI-generated podcast bros are currently racking up views on Mark Zuckerberg’s first social network by doling out “relationship advice,” mostly in the form of banal screeds about how men are failing women.

The videos are designed to resemble the short video pullouts popularized by the practice known as “clipping.” But rather than snip short videos from real podcasts, these accounts seek to create short segments of fake podcasts that don’t actually exist, featuring made-up podcasters who aren’t real.

“A woman working 40 hours a week or more, paying for her own hair, nails, rent, car, food, and gas, handling everything by herself — she’s not going to be the soft, feminine woman you expect her to be,” a bearded, silver-haired man in a fitted black t-shirt says into a podcast-style microphone. The man — who is AI-generated — is said to be a “motivational speaker,” and is featured on a Facebook page called “The Male Insight.”

“And no, she can’t bring you peace when she’s living in survival mode every single day,” the man adds. “She’s been carrying weight that was never meant to be carried alone.”

The video has close to 200,000 views.

“We live in a generation where women have to become the man, because the men are busy acting like the princess,” the Male Insight says in another clip. “Men today have no discipline, no accountability, no emotional intelligence. They don’t know how to protect, they don’t know how to provide, but they still walk around thinkin’ that they’re the prize that women should be grateful for. They want the traditional wife treatment, but they bring zero traditional husband energy.”

“Yeah,” a disembodied voice nods offscreen. According to Facebook, the video has garnered around 280,000 views.

The videos all follow the same formula. A fake AI guy sits at a microphone, lecturing for a minute or two about the qualities and behaviors that define a strong man or “good woman,” and what men are doing so wrong in their relationships with women. The deeply gendered advice generally accuses men of being overly reactive, controlling, or lazy, while explaining that women are “tired” of the guys who don’t “show up” for them and “take accountability” for their failings. The messages are packaged in platitudes that have the distinctive flavor of Jay Shetty-styled self-help, though communicated through AI guys who look like pretty much a guest on Joe Rogan’s show.

It appears to be women, not men, who are the content’s target audience. Commenters on viral clips are mostly older women agreeing with the AI men’s messaging, cosigning the faux clips with statements like “never accept less than your value” or “Dudes!! Listen up!! We are NOT that complicated.”

There are a few different flavors of AI-generated Relationship Podcaster that appear to have been successful in Facebook’s algorithm. Among them are suave silver foxes like “Uncle George,” an older gentleman in button-downs who provides “real talk on love, loyalty and hidden truths” for “women who are tired of confusion.” Think of him like an AI-generated knockoff of the Dos Equis guy, whose extremely interesting life is now dedicated to telling ladies on Facebook about why men are being disrespectful or selfish.

“A good man doesn’t test a woman’s patience. He protects her loyalty,” Uncle George, wearing a long-sleeved polo and speaking into another podcast mic, counsels his followers through telltale “it’s not X, it’s Y” AI-speak. “He knows how heavy the world can be on her shoulders, so he stops trying to be another obstacle she has to overcome.”

“Do such men really exist?” one woman asks in the comments.

“Rare,” Uncle George responds, adding a “100” emoji.

Another character we found was “Leo Davidson,” a “relationships coach” and “host” of a fabricated show called the “Leo Davidson Relationships Podcast.” This page has been quite successful — its videos frequently reach hundreds of thousands of views, with at least one boasting over a million — though may have flown a bit too close to the Sun: this is one of the few accounts we found marked with an “AI content” watermark.

“The hardest woman to replace is not the most beautiful one,” the Davidson persona — seated, of course, in front of yet another mic — pontificates in one video touting nearly 430,000 views. “It was the one who loved with her whole heart. She stayed when leaving would’ve been easier.”

Then there are a crop of younger, tattooed guys in ball caps who embody various shades of “extra in a pop-country music video” archetypes.

“Manipulation is when he disrespects you, dodges accountability, then blames you for reacting to his behavior… that kind of control makes you question yourself, even when you know deep down you are not wrong,” preaches one such AI influencer, featured on a page called “Then to Now,” in a video with about 233,000 views. His uncomfortably tight shirt spells “Reset” in cursive, and his hat is inexplicably plastered with the word “PROBLEM” in all caps. “If this opened your eyes, remember it, and never let anybody rewrite your reality again.”

“Before you label her as difficult or dramatic, ask yourself why you never took responsibility for the damage you caused and why you expect forgiveness without changed behavior,” a similar-looking guy in an American flag hat says in a video on the page “Bondcodemedia.” This clip has about 126,000 views.

As for why this stuff even exists, the creators of this content are attempting a few different monetization strategies. Some appear to be seeking virality for virality’s sake, maybe to cash in on Facebook’s Content Monetization program. Others, including Male Insight, are selling their followers products like obviously AI-generated e-books and texting templates. Other accounts encourage followers to subscribe, so maybe they’re growing the pages in hopes of selling them to spammers.

Not all of this content is doing particularly well. Many of the accounts we found have yet to crack more than a few hundred views across dozens of posts. But it’s clear that some posters have been successful at raking in eyeballs with this type of easy-to-churn out drivel — which, as an added bonus for creators, can also be posted across video platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube shorts — and others are trying to replicate that success.

It’s not just humans on Facebook who have been fooled by these fake podcasters. When we plugged a few pages into Google, the search engine’s AI Overview tended to frame the shows and their hosts as real creators.

Although the Google feature flagged Uncle George and Leo Davidson as AI-generated when we pressed it in a follow up, it insisted that The Male Insight’s main character — whose name is “Roman Black,” apparently — is a real guy. (He isn’t.)

Fake podcasts are proving to be a popular genre for AI sloperators. Earlier this month, Semafor reported on an abundance of phony news-driven podcasts spreading misinformation about Democratic states. And in the same vein as the AI manfluencers, we also found many AI-generated podcast clips featuring fabricated women who shared similar messages about being a strong woman in a relationship with a “good man.”

In this case, it’s basically the uncanny 2026 version of viral quote cards — with a heavy dose of American flags, tight tees, and messages about how to properly conform to gender norms disguised as insight on healthy masculinity. And if you’re one of the Facebook users out here listening to these made-up men? Don’t forget: a “good man” wouldn’t use you for clicks. Don’t settle for less than you’re worth!
