从事电商软件开发的小伙伴，在日常开发任务中，经常会遇到一个需求，就是将淘宝店铺的订单，同步到自己的内部订单管理系统OMS中，进行淘宝打单发货操作。我介绍下如何将订单同步下来，供各位参考。（注意：所有电商平台目前能同步订单的接口要么就不让申请，要么就申请门槛和维护资质的成本很高，具体有需要的小伙伴可以评论区留言，我会告诉你相关平台是否可以申请以及申请规则等）
订单列表同步，一共有三个方案。
第一种方案：对于订单量比较大的用户（系统日订单几十万上百万的那种），当仁不让的就是聚石塔RDS同步。
这种方案的好处是，只需要通过对淘宝开放平台后端应用进行相关的配置，淘宝就会自动将订单数据，推送到你配置的RDS数据库中，非常简单，同步速度也很快。坏处在于一定是要聚石塔的RDS，不支持数据库字段映射，相当于同步过来后你需要进行数据遍历处理，处理完了以后重新存储到一个新的表里面去，因为你的业务的相关字段，不可能和淘宝一模一样的，只有设置一个作业线程，定时轮询表数据，将表数据处理翻译字段后，再存到新的表里面。
数据同步设置路径为：打开淘宝开放平台->开发->同步设置-选择对应应用->同步设置，在这里就可以设置同步哪些字段，哪些订单，哪些商家了。（也可以通过API来设置同步哪些商家）
第二种方案：对于订单量少一些的，可以采用TMC消息方案。
TMC消息方案，简单来说就是当订单创建、订单支付、订单退款等事件发生后，淘宝会给我们推送一条类似RocketMQ消息，我们通过设置客户端消费消息，来达到实时知道订单的变化情况，然后通过获取消息体中的关键字段或者通过关键字段调用相关API接口来获取订单相关字段来达到同步的效果。说起来是不是有点绕口了，举个例子来说吧。
比如我们可以监听 taobao_trade_TradeCreate 这个TOPIC，当买家下单后，淘宝会给我们推送这个TOPIC的消息，推送内容如下：

刚刚这个JSON，只是官方的一个示例JSON，实际上的话字段可能比这多点，以实际字段为准。我们可以看到其中有几个关键字段，比如说tid，就是淘宝订单号，假设我们需要知道订单详细购买了哪些商品，我们就可以通过tid，来调用淘宝订单信息获取接口API来获取淘宝订单信息，其对应的TOP接口为 taobao.trade.fullinfo.get ，通过这个接口，就可以获取非常详细的淘宝订单信息，这个接口的入参如下：

通过该json大家可以了解淘宝会返回哪些字段。我们这只是订阅了一个TOPIC的消息，还有其他TOPIC的，比如说买家付款、买家退款等，任何一个TOPIC的消息，里面都有核心的字段，比如淘宝订单号、退款金额、付款金额等，如果字段不够用，我们就可以考虑调用相关的接口。比如如果退款消息只有退款编号，我们就可以通过退款编号，调用淘宝退款信息查询接口进行查询，查询拿到结果后，再写入自己的数据库。
该方案的好处在于消息非常及时，调用起来也简单。而且消息通知是免费的（注意：调用接口不一定免费），当免费的消息通知中含有你需要的字段，相当于你就是完全免费同步了。
第三种方案一般是不被推荐的，但是适合那种比较订单量小的，要求开发简单的，但是也是最为可靠稳定的（消息方案对于消费客户端的处理还是有点需要经验的，虽然有客户端，难度也算有点），这个方案就是定时查询增量订单列表接口
淘宝提供了增量订单列表查询接口taobao.trades.sold.increment.get，该接口允许用户查询某段时间内的增量订单，所以用户只需要设定一个作业线程，定时调用这个接口即可，订单同步的时间及时与否，取决于定时多久，比如说5秒查询一次，遍历接口的好处在于，开发起来很简单，并且稳定性极高，但是对于订单量大的用户来说不太合适，只适合一天几百几千上万单的系统，太多的订单的话，请求次数多，且无法做到非常及时。请求次数多流量费就高。
这个接口的入参如下：
返回结果太长了，参考上面那个淘宝订单详情获取接口的结果即可（有些字段可能没有，列表获取的字段没有详情接口那么齐全，但是大部分都有的，如果没有的话，就只能去调用淘宝订单信息获取接口API来查询详细订单信息）
三种方案都说完了，总结一下：
如果你的系统日处理订单达到几十万上百万的规模的，建议采用方案1的聚石塔RDS同步方案。
如果你的系统日处理订单只有几万或者十几万的规模的，建议采用方案2的淘宝TMC消息方案来获取淘宝订单信息同步到你的数据库。
如果你的系统日处理订单只有几百几千或者几万的规模，建议采用方案3的定时调用淘宝增量订单列表获取接口的方案，这个方案写代码很简单，并且非常稳定可靠，也无需额外一些配合和配置，具体哪种方案就小伙伴们自己选择了
