方法：

Windows 系统（注册表方式）
关闭 Firefox
按 Win + R，输入 regedit 打开注册表编辑器
导航到：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies
新建项（Key）Mozilla，在其下再新建项 Firefox
在 Firefox 项下，新建 DWORD (32位) 值，命名为 DisableAppUpdate
将其值设为 1
重启 Firefox
