The NASCAR Cup Series entry list for the Würth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway is now confirmed, setting up a full 38-car field for Sunday’s race on May 3, 2026. This NASCAR Cup Series event will take place at the 1.5-mile oval in Fort Worth, a track known for testing speed and control.

Motorsports reporter Bob Pockrass shared the update, confirming that all 38 entries are locked in. With no cars sent home, every team listed will compete in this NASCAR Cup Series race. The entry list includes full-time contenders and a few part-time drivers, creating a balanced and competitive field as teams prepare for a key NASCAR Cup Series weekend.

NASCAR Cup Series Entry List Adds Open Cars for the Texas Race

The Cup Series entry list includes two open entries that stand out ahead of the NASCAR Cup Series race. Chad Finchum will drive the No. 66 Ford for Garage 66, while Corey Heim will compete in the No. 67 Toyota for 23XI Racing. Both drivers carry the (i) designation, meaning they are not eligible for driver points in the NASCAR Cup Series standings.

Even without points, these entries remain important in the NASCAR Cup Series field. They can affect track position, race flow, and strategy during the event. Heim continues to build experience at the Cup level, while Finchum returns for another opportunity in the NASCAR Cup Series.

The Cup Series entry list confirms that all 38 cars will start the race. There will be no qualifying eliminations, shifting the focus fully to race execution.

NASCAR Cup Series Entry List Highlights Top Teams at Texas Motor Speedway

The Cup Series entry list features all major teams in the garage. Hendrick Motorsports brings Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, William Byron, and Alex Bowman into this NASCAR Cup Series race. Joe Gibbs Racing enters Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell, Chase Briscoe, and Ty Gibbs.

Other teams on the NASCAR Cup Series entry list include Team Penske, RFK Racing, and Trackhouse Racing. Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher will represent RFK Racing during the NASCAR Cup Series weekend.

An update on the  Cup Series entry list involves Buescher’s team. Doug Randolph is listed as the crew chief for part of the weekend while Scott Graves steps away to attend a family event. This change is noted on the official entry list for the NASCAR Cup Series race.

Sponsors are also part of the NASCAR weekend. Ross Chastain carries Kubota branding, while Tyler Reddick features ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK on his No. 45 Toyota. Some entries from Hendrick Motorsports do not list a primary sponsor for this race.

Texas Motor Speedway remains a key stop in the NASCAR Cup Series season. The track requires teams to manage tire wear and speed over long runs. With the NASCAR Cup Series entry list confirmed, teams now turn their focus to practice, qualifying, and race day.
