Always chronologically ordered history
@xidiot · 2026-08-12 · via Atuin Community - Latest posts

Hello all, Does someone know how to configure atuin so that my history is always chronologically ordered (newest to oldest), even after a search. I use smart_sort=true (with the hope it will result in chronologically ordered history) and search_mode = "fulltext". Below is example where this doesn’t work with these settings Thank you in advance.
