Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for Belden's First Quarter 2026 Earnings Conference Call. With me today are Belden's President and CEO, Ashish Chand; and Executive Vice President and CFO, Jeremy Parks. Ashish will provide an overview of our first quarter results before turning to a discussion on today's announcement that Belden has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ruckus Networks from Vistance Networks.
