Good morning, and welcome to Nuwellis Earnings Conference Call for the First Quarter ended March 31, 2026. Thank you, operator. Thank you for joining today's conference call to discuss Nuwellis' corporate developments and financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. In addition to myself, with us today are John Erb, Nuwellis' Chairman of the Board and CEO; and our CFO, Carisa Schultz.
