Good morning, everybody. My name is Alex Bauer. I'm Head of TriNet's Investor Relations. Thank you for joining us, and welcome to TriNet's first quarter conference call and webcast. I am joined today by our President and CEO, Mike Simonds; and our CFO, Mala Murthy.

Before we begin, I would like to preview this morning's call. First, I will pass the call to Mike for his comments regarding our first quarter performance. Mala will then review our Q1 financial performance in greater detail and comment on our 2026 financial guidance and outlook.
