Candice King, The Vampire Diaries star has become mother for the third time.

The actress has just announced the birth of her baby boy, Arlo Dominic Krueger, her first child with husband Steven Krueger.

Taking to Instagram, King, famously known for her role of Caroline Forbes in TVD, shared an adorable photo of her baby boy holding her finger in his tiny hands.

In the caption she wrote, "Welcome to the world our sweet boy…"

"Arlo Dominic Krueger," she announced the name. Concluding with, "Born May 3, 2026 at 2:56pm We are so in love."

While Candice King is already mother to two daughters: Florence May (born in Jan 2016) and Josephine June (born in December 2020), with her ex-husband Joe King.

The actress went public with her relationship with Krueger in December 2023. In May 2025, she announced their engagement and announced pregnancy that December.

Fans and followers flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages for the couple.

Notably, King's TVD co-star Nina Dobrev also dropped a comment writing, "Congratulations."
