I think money sometimes passes behind the scenes to judges. Also, most judges are white males and they tend to identify with the dominant force or more powerful entity in many situations. I think the NYT identifies with the upper class

Hey mark, this guy is indeed good! His take on corporations reminds me of the 2003 documentary “the corporation”. It tells us that corporations are selfish babies, almost literally! Noam Chomsky is a talking head in it.
