After what appears to be a desktop update to 2.1.1, my android devices can no longer connect to the windows PC hosting syncthing. Both the windows device and android device can ping each other and there are no firewall blocks. In troubleshooting this, I explicitly permitted syncthing ports for transfer and discovery. I also tried static IP definition, uninstalled the android app syncthing-fork and tried basicsync as well, both resulted in the same issue (no connection, no signs of life when add...
