What is it?

Scout 38 Unloaded is a compact indoor enclosure designed for 38-pin ESP32, ESPHome, Home Assistant, sensor, buzzer, and low-voltage automation projects.

It is designed to help turn loose prototype boards, wiring, and small ESP32 projects into a cleaner, mountable enclosure for indoor low-voltage installs.

This Unloaded version is for customers who already have their own ESP32 board, wiring, sensors, buzzer, or automation hardware.

Why did you make it?

Many ESP32 and smart-home projects work great on the bench, but once they are ready to use, they often end up loose on a shelf, hanging by wires, or placed in a generic project box that does not feel finished.

Scout was designed to give smaller ESP32 projects a cleaner indoor install, better organization, and a more finished appearance.

What makes it special?

Scout is the compact WestTech Home Automation enclosure family. It is not a universal project box.

This enclosure is designed around a specific 38-pin ESP32 board layout with planned hardware locations for smaller indoor ESP32 / ESPHome projects.

The enclosure body and slide-on locking lid are designed as a system, giving the project a cleaner finished look while still allowing access for wiring changes, inspection, adjustment, or service.
