Fernando Mendoza going to the Raiders with the No. 1 pick seems like a lock and the chatter around the Jets at No. 2 seems centered on whether they select Arvell Reese or David Bailey.

It’s harder to project what they may do with their second first-round pick at No. 16, although a trade to grab a receiver could make sense.

The Cardinals have been linked to running back Jeremiyah Love with the No. 3 pick, although there’s always a possibility they could trade the pick.

Considering that Glazer noted the teams would have to be on the clock before he could talk about the supposed development, it’s fair to assume that he knows of a possible trade.

There have been rumors that the Chiefs, who have the No. 9 pick, could be looking to move up, and some have speculated whether they could make the leap should Reese or Bailey slip.

The Cowboys are also rumored to be potentially eyeing a trade to move up since they own two first-round picks with Nos. 12 and 20.

Jerry Jones is not shy when it comes to making big moves and perhaps there America’s Team will try to land a blue-chip prospect.

Speaking of NFC East teams, the Eagles are always aggressive under top executive Howie Roseman and can never be counted out when it comes to making a splash.

There are rumors they will trade A.J. Brown to the Patriots but that move is reportedly slated to happen no earlier than June 1 due to cap ramifications.

This tidbit potentially also could be referring to whether top talents like Caleb Downs, Carnell Tate or Jordyn Tyson slip to a range where teams in the 20s feel they can take advantage.
