A ghoulish “reporter” fangirling over Luigi Mangione apparently got tattoos of his signature and the phrase “carpe diem” in his handwriting after the alleged CEO assassin appeared to write to the OnlyFans figure from jail.

Julie Keyser, who was on hand Tuesday with a City Hall-issued press pass for the short court appearance tied to Mangione’s state murder charges, boasted online about receiving the letter from the Ivy League-educated prep and how it inspired her to get inked.

One tattoo appears to be Mangione’s John Hancock while a second tat states “carpe diem,” which the accused killer appeared to write to her in a note from lockup, according to her Instagram page.

Keyser shared the apparent letter Mangione sent her in a March 2025 post in response to a note she mailed him while locked up in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

“Thank you for taking the time to write and for expressing your love and support,” the letter stated. “Please know I am doing well. Carpe Diem.”

Keyser was in court Tuesday to “cover” a hearing tied to the high-profile murder case, but Mangione did not show due to an error by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

She live-tweeted some of the brief proceeding, but warned she won’t be able to attend Wednesday’s court session because she is heading to rehab.

Mangione’s criminal troubles – both federally and locally – have brought out droves of diehard supporters of the 28-year-old murder suspect, with some of them clinching press credentials from the mayor’s office.
