Former MLB player Royce Clayton spotted ex-Dodgers pitcher Scott Erickson chowing down on a burger and enjoying a beer in Malibu less than 24 hours after Erickson watched his then-lover, Rebecca Grossman, mow down two young brothers, according to a chilling courtroom testimony.

Clayton, 56, took the stand Friday in a civil trial against socialite Grossman and Erickson, who are facing a wrongful death lawsuit for the horrific Sept. 2020 deaths of 11-year-old Mark and 8-year-old Jacob Iskander.

The pair were allegedly racing as they drove off after a boozed-up lunch when Erickson swerved to avoid the kids and their mother Nancy, who were walking in a crosswalk in Westlake Village, California.

While Erickson avoided a collision, Grossman didn’t, plowing into the children and fled the scene.

Clayton battled to maintain composure as he told the Los Angeles courtroom about Erickson’s alleged behavior in the immediate aftermath of the hit-and-run.

Clayton told jurors he joined Erickson, 58, and Grossman, 62, for drinks at Julio’s Agave restaurant in Westlake Village earlier in the day, per the Daily Mail.

All three of them were supposed to head back to Grossman’s place, but when he called Erickson for directions, he was told not to come.

“There’s been a horrible accident. You can’t come,” Erickson allegedly said, according to the testimony.

Clayton broke down in tears as he recalled Erickson allegedly told him that he and Grossman were “f–king flying” during the crash.

“He swerved and kept going. He went to her house [Grossman’s nearby lakeside home]….and decided to jog back to the scene of the accident,” Clayton claimed when Brian Panish, the lawyer representing grieving parents Nancy and Karim, asked about the call.

After Erickson swerved, he allegedly looked in his rearview mirror and watched Grossman — who was convicted of murder and is serving 15 years to life — hit the kids, Clayton said.

But Erickson, who got off scot-free after his reckless driving charge was dropped, allegedly wasn’t fazed for long.

Clayton told the court he saw Erickson dining at a Malibu restaurant less than 24 hours after the boys were killed.

“He was eating a hamburger and having a beer,” he told jurors.

Erickson also allegedly nonchalantly texted Clayton the day after the crash, he said in court.

“Hey dude…I’m drinking your last IPA you left here at the house…Nothing to worry about,” the message allegedly read, per the Daily Mail.

The married Grossman and Erickson were allegedly having an affair at the time of the crash.

Her husband, renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Peter Grossman, is also named in the lawsuit because she was driving his Mercedes when she killed the boys.

The Iskanders are demanding “tens and tens and tens of millions,” their lawyer said, according to the Daily Mail.

During the civil trial, Erickson’s defense team has called the crash a “horrible, tragic accident” and boldly alleged she did not see the boys in the crosswalk when she hit them.

They also fiercely denied she was impaired at the time, as the Iskanders have alleged.

Erickson has also been trying to free himself of blame in the lawsuit — with his attorneys arguing he was not drunk and he did not hit the children.

Attorneys for Grossman, Erickson and the Iskanders did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
