OG Anunoby remains out for Game 4 as Knicks play it safe ...

PHILADELPHIA — The Knicks are playing it cautiously.

OG Anunoby (right hamstring strain) is out for their Game 4 clash against the 76ers Sunday afternoon at Xfinity Mobile Arena as they look to finish off a series sweep. He also missed the Knicks’ Game 3 win on Friday with the injury.

He is still considered day-to-day and the Knicks have been optimistic that he won’t miss much time. Imaging revealed that it is a “very minor” strain, The Post’s Stefan Bondy previously reported.

But, with a 3-0 series lead, the Knicks didn’t feel the need to rush him back on Sunday.

Anunoby suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of the Knicks’ Game 2 win — he came up short while driving to the basket and began limping. He stayed in for a few plays but soon after asked to be subbed out, exited to the locker room and never returned.

Anunoby has arguably been one of the best players across the league this postseason — he is averaging 20.3 points on stellar 61.9 percent shooting from the field and 53.8 percent shooting from 3-point range. His defense and ability to guard all positions have been superb as well.

Without Anunoby, Miles McBride started in Game 3. But it was Landry Shamet — re-entering the rotation after being buried on the bench — who more so helped fill the void, recording 15 points in 26 minutes.
