Three days into building Dev Suit, I've realized that creating a side project isn't about huge breakthroughs every day—it's about showing up consistently.

I'm building a free collection of developer utilities while working full-time, documenting everything publicly along the way.

What I learned today

  • Shipping consistently beats chasing perfection.
  • SEO and discoverability deserve as much attention as writing code.
  • AI-assisted "vibe coding" can speed up development, but reviewing and understanding the code is still essential.
  • Every small improvement makes the product more useful.

Current goals

  • Expand the library of developer tools
  • Improve the user experience
  • Grow organic traffic through search
  • Learn how to turn a useful product into a sustainable side hustle

I'm excited to see where consistent effort leads over the coming months.
