I just built my first Chrome extension and honestly I did't realize it would be as interesting and fun as it turned out to be. I built a analytics tool to research Shopify stores and it's called "MakerPeek". I am pretty proud of it considering I built and shipped it in a weeks time. I realized most of the other tools in the niche were just guessing revenues from different stores so I built MakerPeek specifically to be accurate, honest, and not to fabricate any info or numbers. I realized simplicity is key and that helped me shorten down development time a lot, it does what it's supposed to do and that's it. I am pretty new to building tools and participating in communities like this but I love it so far and excited to build more and learn more.
