As someone interested in logistics tracking systems and SEO-focused web projects, I recently started working on a small project around UMAC Tracking for balikbayan box shipments.

…often have highly targeted intent because users urgently need shipment updates.

That means user experience matters a lot.

Complicated UI actually hurts usability here.
