A family was singing “Happy Birthday” to a kid, while his sibling who didn’t have a birthday was singing, “Happy birthday to me.” When his mother called him out and said, “It’s not your birthday,” he started tweaking and yelling. People changed the yelling with insane sounds like loud dinosaur and elephant sounds, there are also videos where they changed it with totally random music

The video of the family singing “Happy Birthday” was posted by @tokixxasf on TikTok on April 16th, 2026. In only a few days that video went viral and got millions of views. Three days after the original video was posted, people started making it into a meme where they replaced the screaming from the child with some crazy sounds.
