On Friday afternoon, the Chicago Cubs will open up a series with the Houston Astros at Wrigley Field.

They are coming off a series where they got swept (at home) by the Milwaukee Brewers.

Most recently, the Cubs lost (on Wednesday) by a score of 5-0.

Dansby Swanson had two strikeouts (and no hits) in three at-bats.

He is batting .191 with 31 hits, seven home runs, 27 RBI’s, 30 runs, three stolen bases (and 42 strikeouts) in 48 games.

With Swanson struggling, it’s worth noting that he is still owed over $100 million by the Cubs (counting this season).
