Alex and Leila Hormozi, co-founders and managing partners of Acquisition dot com, a private equity firm, and CEO Sharran Srivatsaa have signed with Creative Artists Agency.

The agency will work with the Hormozis and Srivatsaa to expand into speaking engagements, digital and brand partnerships, podcasts and live touring opportunities. Having started out as the owner of a gym that grew to six locations, Alex Hormozi and wife Leila moved into additional business acquisitions and making online content and writing books for entrepreneurs looking to scale up their own businesses.

The Hormozis join CAA as the fast-growing creator economy continues to power Hollywood as its digital disrupters fuel studio talent pipelines, drive marketing strategies and redefine who becomes a star.  

In 2021, the Hormozis launched Acquisition dot com to invest in founder-led companies with an eye to maximizing cash flow and retained earnings. Alex Hormozi is a managing partner and Leila Hormozi is the executive chair of a holding company currently with over $250 million in annual revenue and 37 portfolio companies.

Srivatsaa, a veteran of private equity investments, including while working at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, serves as CEO and managing partner of Acquisition. Alex Hormozi also has 4.6 million Instagram followers and another 1 million on X in part to learn about how to scale their own businesses. He has also books like $100M Offers, $100M Leads and $100M Money Models.

Leila Hormozi has another 1.5 million on Instagram, and publishes Leila’s Letters, a weekly newsletter, and host a podcast, BUILD with Leila Hormozi. The Hormozis are also represented by Align PR.
