Updating expired password in mysql workbench

Can't update password, get error every time

Password expired Please pick a new password
When enter old password and new passwords get error:
You have and error in your SQL syntax near PASSWORD('') at line 1 code 1064

mysqlworkbench version 8.0.47 community
mysql version 8.4.8-8
