Songran Jang · 2025-11-04 · via Google LatLong

Bosnia and Herzegovina, a country nestled in the center of the Balkan Peninsula, is a land where East meets West, and history is etched into every stone and landscape. Starting today, you can virtually explore its unique charm and beauty with Google Street View. From the rugged Dinaric Alps to vibrant cities and serene rivers, the stories and sights of this captivating nation are now just a click away.

Street View is already available in over 110 countries, helping people discover new places, plan trips, or simply wander virtually. Now, it's Bosnia and Herzegovina's time to shine.

A journey through diverse landscapes and unique heritage

Our Street View cars have journeyed over 30,000 kilometers across Bosnia and Herzegovina, capturing panoramic imagery from major cities to connecting routes. You can now navigate through diverse urban centers like Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar, Tuzla, Zenica, Bijeljina, and Trebinje, each brimming with its own unique character.

Virtually explore rich culture and scenery

Here are just a few highlights of what you can now explore:

Sarajevo: Where history meets vibrancy

Start your virtual tour in the capital, Sarajevo. Marvel at the intricate designs of the Sarajevo City Hall (Vijećnica), an emblem of the city's resilience. Wander the historic Baščaršija, the old bazaar, and visit the iconic Sebilj fountain. Don't miss the Latin Bridge, a site of pivotal world history.

Iconic bridges and UNESCO treasures

Bosnia and Herzegovina is home to stunning bridges and world heritage. Behold the majestic Stari Most in Mostar, the UNESCO World Heritage bridge that gracefully spans the Neretva River. Journey to Višegrad to see the equally impressive Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge, another UNESCO-listed Ottoman marvel of engineering. In Trebinje, discover the elegant Arslanagića Bridge. Near Stolac, explore the enigmatic medieval Stećak Tombstones, also recognized by UNESCO.

Vibrant cities and historic sites

Venture to Banja Luka, one of the largest cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Explore the ancient walls of the Kastel Fortress on the banks of the Vrbas River. Admire the architecture of the grand Cathedral of Christ the Savior in the city center. In the charming city of Trebinje, take in the stunning hilltop views from the Hercegovačka Gračanica monastery.

To start your journey, open Google Maps on your computer or mobile device, find a place you want to visit, and drag the yellow Pegman icon onto a blue line to enter Street View.
