1) What are secondments?

Secondments are periods to be spent at institutions of INSIDE-HEART consortium different from the hosting institution.

2) Am I eligible to apply for one of the position if its secondments are planned in a country where I stayed for more than 12 months in the last three years?

Yes, the mobility rule applies only to the hosting institution.
